Each player is permitted to maintain only one active piabet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. piabet employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, piabet reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your piabet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify piabet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. piabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
piabet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This process may require you to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
piabet supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
The minimum deposit amount on piabet is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your piabet account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. piabet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which piabet accepts no responsibility.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. piabet reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
piabet reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, piabet will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their winnings under applicable Philippine law. piabet does not provide tax advice and recommends that players consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual obligations.
piabet may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
All games available on the piabet Platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo rooms, and specialty games such as Wild Bandito and Bingo Fishing — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, piabet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
piabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your piabet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude piabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
piabet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at piabet.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
piabet implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and piabet cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
piabet will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Upon termination of your account for cause, piabet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance where such balance is associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other material breach of these Terms. Where account closure is not due to player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.
You may close your piabet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and piabet arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact piabet's customer support team to initiate this process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
